Qualifications & Experience
-
With over five years of experience supporting families with infants, toddlers and school-aged children, I bring a wealth of knowledge in early years development, family routines and gentle sleep support for infants.
I hold a degree in Early Years Education and have worked across a variety of childcare settings and with families from different backgrounds and cultures. This experience has given me a strong understanding of child development, safeguarding practices and the importance of working in line with professional standards and legislation.
My approach is flexible and tailored to each family's unique needs. I am guided by Montessori principles, encouraging independence, curiosity and confidence while creating a calm, respectful and nurturing environment where children feel secure, valued and supported to thrive.

Is your baby struggling with sleep transitions, frequent waking, short naps or settling into a consistent routine? Sleep can be one of the biggest challenges for families, and I’m here to provide calm, gentle guidance to help you and your baby find a rhythm that works.
As a gentle sleep practitioner, I support families in understanding their baby's individual sleep needs and creating realistic, nurturing routines that fit their lifestyle. I believe sleep support should be responsive, respectful and centred around building confidence for both babies and parents.
I work with families to understand current sleep patterns, identify areas where support is needed and create a personalised plan that feels achievable. Together, we focus on establishing consistent routines, supporting healthy sleep habits, creating positive sleep associations and helping your baby feel secure during sleep transitions.
My approach is gentle and gradual, focusing on connection, reassurance and responding to your child's needs. I support families with areas such as bedtime routines, naps, settling techniques and creating a calm sleep environment.
The goal is to help your family feel more rested, confident and supported while building a positive and secure relationship with sleep for your little one.
